Acrostic Poem

We wrote an acrostic poem together as a class about our trip to Memorial Park.  Here it is.

Enjoy


Mum’s came to help us.
Excited children playing.
Monkey bars to swing on.
Outstanding day for everyone.
Racing backwards and forwards.
It was a great time for all.
All the children were happy.
Laughing children playing.

Pool and playground were fun.
Ate our lunch and snack together.
Roslyn Ferns went together.
Kids had heaps of fun.

    Great Poem Room 16. Memorial Park was a lot of fun. We enjoy looking at all the wonderful work you are doing. We have a question for you... How do you get Snappy to eat? He will not eat the worms for us!

    Hi Room 14.
    I think the best way to get Snappy to eat, is to be patient! Alex and Broc came to me at lunchtime to tell me they got Snappy to eat his lunch. Maybe he wasn't hungry!
